For Mutton Stuffing
- Step 1 Pan fry 1/3 minced mutton in 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 In a bowl add the cooked minced mutton,1/4 tsp black pepper,1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp oyster sauce,2 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.

For Wonton
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Roll out the dough into a square shape and cut it into small square sheets.
- Step 3 Add mutton stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then shape into wontons.
- Step 4 Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and pan fry the wontons till golden in color.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
