For Mushroom Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1/4 tsp black pepper,1/8 tsp salt,2 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,2 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.

For Wonton
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Roll out the dough in a square shape and cut it into small square sheet.
- Step 3 Add mushroom stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then shape into a wonton.
- Step 4 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and pan fry the wontons till golden in color.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
