1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly

1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum

1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot

2 Gram(50.0 gm) Oats Bread

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger

1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage

2 Grated Tsp(7.0 gm) Paneer
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tsp grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt and saute.
Now add 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and mix.
Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 bread slices of oats bread.
Add prepared mixture in it.
Grill sandwich on each sides making sure it turns golden brown.
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
