- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp oil and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour, little water and mix to a smooth paste and keep aside.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4 Take a skewer, insert 4 paneer cubes, 6 capsicum cubes, 6 red capsicum cubes, 6 yellow capsicum cubes alternately
- Step 5 Coat it with the marinated mixture.
- Step 6 Roast until cooked and charred
- Step 7 Heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp jeera, 3 tbsp tomato puree and cook for a minute
- Step 8 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 9 Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, pour in some water and add the roasted paneer and vegetables
- Step 10 Mix everything well
- Step 11 Garnish with 1 tsp cream and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 12 Serve hot with rotis.
