Paneer Sweet Potato Burger Recipe

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup

2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise

  • In a bowl, add 1/3rd cup of boiled chopped sweet potato, 1 tbsp mashed paneer, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Make tikki of the prepared mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil and shallow fry tikki until golden brown.

  • Place bun, cut horizontally into half.

  • Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp mayonnaise, place lettuce, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and the fried tikki.

  • Serve a fresh prepared burger.
