Bun breads stuffed with veggies and delicious dips, served as complete dish makes a perfect high tea or light meal option.
In a bowl, add 1/3rd cup of boiled chopped sweet potato, 1 tbsp mashed paneer, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Make tikki of the prepared mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
Heat 1/2 tsp oil and shallow fry tikki until golden brown.
Place bun, cut horizontally into half.
Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp mayonnaise, place lettuce, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and the fried tikki.
Serve a fresh prepared burger.
