For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 5 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera and mix well and keep it aside.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp ajwain and water. Knead the dough.
- Step 2 Roll it into a paratha.

For Paratha
- Step 1 Fill the prepared mixture into the rolled dough and seal it from all sides.
- Step 2 Roll into a paratha and heat a griddle to roast.
- Step 3 Grease the griddle with 1.5 tsp ghee and roast completely.
- Step 4 Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
