A flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent made of the traditional staple wheat and Jowar stuffed with paneer to make it a protein and calorie dense meal option.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera and mix well. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp ajwain and water. Knead the dough.
Roll it into a paratha.
Fill the prepared mixture into the rolled dough and seal it from all sides.
Roll into a paratha and heat a griddle to roast.
Grease the griddle with 1 tsp ghee and roast completely.
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
