- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, take 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp rajgira flour, 1/8 tsp salt. Add water as required , knead it into a soft dough and keep it aside.
- Step 2 For the filling, take a fresh bowl add 5 tbsp grated paneer, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, mix well and keep it aside.
- Step 3 Take the kneaded dough, roll it into balls, lightly coat it with jowar flour and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 4 Take the filling mixture and put it in the centre. Cover it from all sides, flatten and make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1.5 tsp ghee on the paratha.
- Step 6 Allow it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
