- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp each of chopped ginger and garlic and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp chopped capsicum, and 2 tsp chopped carrot and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped cabbage and saute.
- Step 5 Add boiled spaghetti, 1 tsp soya sauce, and 1/4 cup grated paneer and mix everything well
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7 Cook for minute and set aside
- Step 8 Heat a nonstick pan, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 9 Add 1 tsp of ghee and roast until crisp and golden brown
- Step 10 Add the spaghetti mixture in the center and fold the dosa
- Step 11 Serve hot
