This dosa is a delicious twist between chinese and Indian food. Its great, crispy and delicious.
Boil 1/4th cup spaghetti in water till al dente, strain and keep aside.
In a kadhai heat 2 tsp oil and add 1 tsp each of chopped ginger and garlic and saute.
Add 1tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and 2 tsp chopped carrot and stir fry.
Season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Add 1tbsp chopped cabbage to the rest of the vegetables and saute.
Add cooked spaghetti, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1/4th cup grated paneer and saute well.Remove from heat and keep aside.
In a nonstick pan add 1 laddle of the dosa batter and spread evenly.Spread 1 tsp of ghee on it.
Once cooked add the noodle mixture on the dosa and fold the dosa with the stuffing within.
Serve hot with sauce.
