Paneer Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Paneer Shepherd Pie is a classic, savoury English pie made with paneer, vegetables, and a layer of creamy mashed potato. It is loaded with Protein, Fibre & other Vitamins.

1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Small(45.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Grated Cup(48.0 gm) Paneer
1 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1 Number(0.09 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Boiled Diced Cup(91.0 gm) Potato
  • For Paneer Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 number black pepper,1 no.bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/3rd cup grated paneer,1/8th tsp salt, prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely.

  • For Pie

    In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup diced boiled potato,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and whisk till creamy.

  • Take a baking mold and add into the paneer mixture, Pipe potato mixture with piping bag and nozzle.

  • Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till potato mixture light brown in color.

  • Serve hot.
