Shawarma is an Labanese snack based with whole wheat bread, rich in protein fiber and carbohydrate.
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.
Grill the marinated paneer cubes on both sides.
Heat the oil for frying and deep fry the potato till golden.
Roast roti on both sides.
Apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp pizza sauce, grilled paneer cubes, french fries, and 1 tsp julienne cabbage.
Roll & serve the paneer shawarma.
