1/4 Julienne Cup(43.0 gm) Potato
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1 Julienne Tsp(2.0 gm) Cabbage
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp(35.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • For Paneer

    Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.

  • Grill the marinated paneer cubes on both sides.

  • Heat the oil for frying and deep fry the potato till golden.

  • For shawarma

    Roast roti on both sides.

  • Apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp pizza sauce, grilled paneer cubes, french fries, and 1 tsp julienne cabbage.

  • Roll & serve the paneer shawarma.
