Paneer Rabdi Recipe

1/3 Cup(54.0 gm) Paneer (Mashed)

6 Tbsp(116.0 gm) Condensed Milk

2 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Milk

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Kaju (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)

As Required(31.0 ml) Water
  • Heat kadhai, add 2 tbsp milk, 20 ml water, 6 tbsp condensed milk, stir well.

  • Then add 1/4th cup grated paneer, 2 tsp chopped Kaju, 1/2 tsp elaichi powder, stir well.

  • Cook for 5 minutes.

  • Allow to thicken and then transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve chilled.
