Paneer rabdi is a sweet and delicious dessert which is rich in protein. An bowl full of deliciousness that can be relished at any meal time.
Heat kadhai, add 2 tbsp milk, 20 ml water, 6 tbsp condensed milk, stir well.
Then add 1/4th cup grated paneer, 2 tsp chopped Kaju, 1/2 tsp elaichi powder, stir well.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Allow to thicken and then transfer to a serving bowl.
