In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp onion, 1/8th cup paneer, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp dry chilli powder and 50 ml water to knead into a dough.
Roll into a paratha and heat a griddle with 1 tsp ghee.
Roast the parathas until light brown and crisp on both sides.
Serve with raita.
