Paneer Onion Paratha With Ghee Recipe

1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp onion, 1/8th cup paneer, 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp dry chilli powder and 50 ml water to knead into a dough.

  • Roll into a paratha and heat a griddle with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Roast the parathas until light brown and crisp on both sides.

  • Serve with raita.
