This protein rich samosa will steal everyone's heart ! It is rich in all the earthy Indian spices making it extremely lip smacking version of samosa.
Take a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and saute till golden brown.
Then add 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, a little water and mix well.
Once mixed, add 3/4th cup chopped purple cabbage, 1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
Add 1/4th cup mashed paneer, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Cover and cook. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt and water.
Knead well into a dough and roll out using rolling pin.
Cut it into half and make triangular pockets.
Add the stuffing mixture and seal the samosa.
Take another kadhai and add oil for frying.
When the oil heats, deep fry samosa till golden brown on both sides.
