Paneer Pulao Recipe

  • For marination take a mixing bowl.

  • Put in 3 tbsp paneer, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi and lastly, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste.

  • Making sure the paneer cubes are evenly coated with all the dry masalas, keep aside.

  • For pulao take a frying pan and heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame.

  • Add 2 clove, 2 green elaichi and 1/4th tsp jeera.

  • Once you hear a crackling sound, add 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies followed by sauteing.

  • Once the onions are transparent add 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tsp french beans and 2 tsp chopped carrots.

  • Saute and add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt and boiled rice.

  • Mix in the previously marinated paneer properly

  • Cover and cook for a few minutes.

  • Serve hot.
