Super simple,quick and delicious wholesome meal for your kids tiffin. This comforting meal is full of proteins,carbs, vitamins and minerals.
For marination take a mixing bowl.
Put in 3 tbsp paneer, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi and lastly, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste.
Making sure the paneer cubes are evenly coated with all the dry masalas, keep aside.
For pulao take a frying pan and heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame.
Add 2 clove, 2 green elaichi and 1/4th tsp jeera.
Once you hear a crackling sound, add 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1/4th tsp chopped green chillies followed by sauteing.
Once the onions are transparent add 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tsp french beans and 2 tsp chopped carrots.
Saute and add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt and boiled rice.
Mix in the previously marinated paneer properly
Cover and cook for a few minutes.
