Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee, add chopped dates, and allow it to soften
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp grated paneer, and stir it on low flame until the whole mixture comes together
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well
- Step 4 Turn off the flame and take the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool down
- Step 5 Make equal size ladoo
- Step 6 Roll the paneer ladoo in 2 tbsp Pista powder and ensure it gets coated wellServe
