Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee, add chopped dates, and allow it to soften.
- Step 2
Add 3 tbsp grated paneer, and stir it on low flame until the whole mixture comes together.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Turn off the flame and take the mixture to a plate and allow it to cool down.
- Step 5
Make equal size ladoo.
- Step 6
Roll the paneer ladoo in 2 tbsp Pista powder and ensure it gets coated well
- Step 7
Serve
