1 Cup(56.0 gm) Paneer
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Milk Powder
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp ghee,1/3 cup mashed paneer, 2 tbsp sugar and mix it well.

  • Add into the 1.5 tbsp milk powder,1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix it till mixture is a little dry.

  • Cooldown the mixture at room temperature then knead into the dough.

  • Make a round shape peda and make a dent in the center of pead.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp chopped pista and serve.
