Paneer pakoda is a popular recipe from north Indian cuisine. A simple snack dish filled with spiced paneer cubes which makes it rich in protein and has a coated crispy texture outside. An ideal starter dish or evening snack dish which goes perfectly with green chutney or tomato sauce.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup besan.
Add 1/4 tsp salt.
Add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder.
Add 1/4 tsp Haldi.
Add 1/8 tsp garam masala.
Add 1/8 tsp ajwain.
Add 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Add water to adjust consistency and mix well.
Heat oil for frying.
Add 6 cubes paneer in the besan batter and Coat the paneer with batter.
Heat Oil for deep frying, drop paneer cubes in hot oil and fry them from all sides.
Remove the paneer cubes once they turn crispy, and serve hot with your favorite chutney and ketchup.
