1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.46 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.13 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger
1/8 Mashed Cup(20.0 gm) Paneer
In a bowl add 1 number of egg,1/8th cup mashed paneer, 1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp chopped curry leaves,1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt and whisk well.
In a pan heat 1 tsp butter and pour the egg mixture.
Cook it nicely and flip cook from the other side.
