- Step 1
Prepare the tikki mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed sweet potato, 2.5 tbsp grated paneer and 2 tbsp chopped capsicum.
- Step 2
Spice up the mix with 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped pudina.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together.
- Step 4
Mold it into flat round tikki
- Step 5
Heat griddle and roast the tikkis evenly with 2 tsp ghee until golden brown.
- Step 6
Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Step 7
Serve Hot.
