- Step 1
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tbsp chopped onion and sauté well.
- Step 2
Once the onions are browned, add 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, and mix.

Further pour in 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in little water and mix well.
- Step 4
Pour in a little water and stir properly.
- Step 5
Once the gravy starts thickening add 1/2 tbsp spring onion and 2 tbsp cubed paneer.
- Step 6
Making sure all the ingredients are well mixed, allow it to cook for a few more minutes and transfer to a serving bowl.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Step 8
To make veg fried rice, heat a pan with 2 tsp oil.
- Step 9
Add 1 tsp each of chopped garlic and ginger and saute.
- Step 10
Add 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1 tbsp each of chopped french beans, green capsicum, and chopped green chillies.
- Step 11
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.
- Step 12
Add cooked basmati rice, and mix well until the vegetables and rice combine.
- Step 13
Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped spring onion and season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 14
Serve hot with paneer manchurian gravy.
