Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté well.
Once the onions are browned, add 4 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and mix.
Further pour in 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in little water and mix well.
Pour in a little water and stir properly.
Once the gravy starts thickening add 1 tbsp spring onion and 1/4th cup cubed paneer.
Making sure all the ingredients are well mixed, allow it to cook for a few more minutes and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with chopped spring onions.
To make veg fried rice, heat a pan with 2 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp each of chopped garlic and ginger and saute.
Add 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1 tbsp each of chopped french beans, green capsicum, and chopped green chillies.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce and 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.
Add cooked basmati rice, and mix well until the vegetables and rice combine.
Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped spring onion and season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
Serve hot with paneer manchurian gravy.
