Paneer Makhni Recipe

Paneer makhni is a slightly sweet, creamy dish of paneer which is rich in protien making it a very delicious combination of taste and health delicacies. Also provides you with soft texture of paneer cubes yet spicy flavored recipe.

  • In a pan add 1/2 tbsp Butter, add 1 tsp Chopped Garlic keep till golden brown, 1 tbsp Chopped Onion

  • Saute Well. add 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger, add 1/4th tsp Haldi

  • Add 1/4th tsp Red Chilly Powder, add 1/4th tsp Salt

  • Saute Well, Add Tomato Puree

  • Mix Well

  • Now add 1 tsp Chopped Kaju, Add 2 tbsp Cream and mix well.

  • Now, add 2 tbsp Curd and Mix Well till curd loses its raw smell.

  • Add 5 cubes of Paneer, 1/2 tsp chopped Kasuri methi and saute.

  • Add White Til (Nestle Twist)

  • Stir well and Cook
