2 Grated Tbsp(20.0 gm) Paneer
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
3 Tbsp(24.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3/4 Cup(96.0 gm) Maida
Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
Rest the dough for 5 mins
Divide it into equal sized balls
Roll out into round shape
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown
Serve hot.
