PrePreparation
- Step 1 Boil and puree separately 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1/8 cup chopped tomato. Also grind 1 tbsp cashew nut into a paste.

Preparation
- Step 1 Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 To that add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 cinnamon stick, 2 green elaichi, 2 bay leaf and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3 Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala,1/2 red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp haldi. Mix well.
- Step 4 Once mixed, add water as required and allow to simmer.
- Step 5 Then add onion puree, tomato puree, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 cup julienne capsicum, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and 1 tbsp cashew nut paste. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6 Add some more water as required and allow it to simmer.
- Step 7 When the gravy starts simmering, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup paneer cubes and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
