- Step 1 To make the paneer stuffing, take a mixing bowl and add 3 tbsp paneer, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 2 Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 3 To make the dough, in another mixing bowl take 4 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4 Mixing it properly with hand, knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 5 Roll it into a ball, coating it very lightly with maida. Flatten and roll it in a circular kulcha shape.
- Step 6 Scoop some of the paneer stuffing and put it in the centre of the kulcha.
- Step 7 Seal and fold it in a potli form. Add 1/4 tsp white til and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Step 8 Flatten the potli and again roll it in a circular kulcha shape, using the rolling pin. Make sure the paneer stuffing is spread evenly within the kulcha.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 10 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the kulcha on it. Flip and spread 2 tsp oil on the kulcha.
- Step 11 Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 12 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
