- Step 1
For Jalebi
In a mixing bowl add prepared paneer,1/4 tsp sugar,1/4 tsp baking powder,1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/2 tsp cornflour,1 tbsp refined flour,1/4 tsp ghee , mash and make a dough.
- Step 2
Take small portion of dough and shape in a jalebi with hand.
- Step 3
In a kadhai heat oil and deep fry jalebi till golden in color.
- Step 4
For Sugar Syrup
In a kadhai add 6 tbsp sugar, water and bring to a boil.
- Step 5
Add into the 1 green cardamom,1/8 tsp lemon juice, and mix it well.
- Step 6
Add fried jalebi cover with a lid and cook it well.
- Step 7
Serve.
