Loaded with preotien and calcium keeping the bones happy and healthy marinated in Indian spices and grilled to perfection are a healthy starter to start a meal with.
In a bowl add paneer sticks, 1 tbsp curd, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.
Mix all ingredients well.
For Paneer Grilled
In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil and marinated paneer sticks into it.
Now roast it evenly until well cooked.
Yummy paneer grilled is ready to be served hot.
