- Step 1 In a bowl add paneer pieces, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 3 In a heated pan add 2 tsp oil and marinated paneer pieces
- Step 4 Roast until cooked and charred a little
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 6 Yummy paneer grilled is ready
