Paneer Grilled Recipe

Loaded with preotien and calcium keeping the bones happy and healthy marinated in Indian spices and grilled to perfection are a healthy starter to start a meal with.

75 Gm(75.0 gm) Paneer
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • For Marination

    In a bowl add paneer sticks, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • For Paneer Grilled

    In a heated pan add 1 tsp oil and marinated paneer sticks into it.

  • Now roast it evenly until well cooked.

  • Yummy paneer grilled is ready to be served hot.
