  • For Paneer Marination

    In a mixing bowl add 1/8 tbsp dry red chili powder, 1/8 tbsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/8 tsp oregano, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/10 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 cup cubed paneer and mix it well.

  • For Paneer Fajita

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add into the 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne red capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne yellow capsicum, 1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.

  • Place marinated paneer cubes, cover with a lid and cook on low flame.

  • Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and serve.
