For Rice
- Step 1 In a pressure cooker, add water as required, soaked rice, 1/8 tsp salt and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp dhania seeds, 2 tsp
- Step 3 chopped red chilli, 2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 4 and saute well.
- Step 5 Add 1/2 cup diced tomato, water as required, cook and blend the mixture.
- Step 6 In another pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup paneer cubes, and fry paneer
- Step 7 cubes until golden brown.
- Step 8 In the same pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 cup puree
- Step 9 and mix well.
- Step 10 Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, water as required,
- Step 11 fried paneer cubes and mix well.
- Step 12 Add boiled egg and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 13 Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 14 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 15 Serve hot with cooked rice.
