Paneer Cutlet Recipe

Paneer is a good source of complex carbs, protein and calcium, paneer cutlet is healthy and quick snack item which can be taken in lunch box with chapatti.

3 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Paneer (Grated)

2 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Potato (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder

1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp mashed paneer, 2 tbsp potato, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves & mix it together.

  • Take the small dough from the mixture & make it into cutlet shape.

  • Heat a pan, keep it on medium flame. Add 2 tsp oil into it.

  • Shallow fry, cooking them evenly.

  • Serve hot.
