Paneer is a good source of complex carbs, protein and calcium, paneer cutlet is healthy and quick snack item which can be taken in lunch box with chapatti.
Take a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp mashed paneer, 2 tbsp potato, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves & mix it together.
Take the small dough from the mixture & make it into cutlet shape.
Heat a pan, keep it on medium flame. Add 2 tsp oil into it.
Shallow fry, cooking them evenly.
