1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup

1/2 Tsp(3.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil

  • Pre preparation

    Soak 1.5 tbsp rice and 1.5 tsp urad dal for two hours, grind it and ferment overnight.

  • Preparation

    Take a pan and heat 1/4th tsp oil

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped capsicum. Saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp paneer cubes, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce and 1/2 tsp salt. Saute well

  • In a non stick tava, pour a 1.5 ladle of dosa batter and spread it.

  • Roast with 1 tsp butter.

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and sauted paneer mixture.

  • Fold the dosa and serve hot.
