When your regular Dosa is filled with spicy and flavorful Paneer Chilli..... This mouthwatering dosa will surely become a family favorite. Serve it for sunday brunch along with your favourite chutney.....
Soak 1.5 tbsp rice and 1.5 tsp urad dal for two hours, grind it and ferment overnight.
Take a pan and heat 1/4th tsp oil
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped capsicum. Saute well.
Add 1 tbsp paneer cubes, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce and 1/2 tsp salt. Saute well
In a non stick tava, pour a 1.5 ladle of dosa batter and spread it.
Roast with 1 tsp butter.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and sauted paneer mixture.
Fold the dosa and serve hot.
