Chilli Paneer cheese Dosa is a simple, nutritious fusion breakfast dish. The vegetables and paneer in this dosa's filling are high in nutrients and have traditional Indo-Chinese flavours.
Nutrition Information per serve
Soak 1.5 tbsp rice and 1.5 tsp black urad dal for two hours, grind it and ferment it overnight
Heat 1.5 tsp oil on a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it well
Add 1 tbsp paneer cubes,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/8 tsp salt, saute well and keep it aside.
Heat a dosa tawa, pour 1.5 ladle of dosa batter
Spread the batter evenly
Roast it with 1 tsp butter
Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves on the dosa
Fill in the paneer mixture, add 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese on the dosa
Fold the dosa and serve it hot
