Paneer Chilli Cheese Dosa Recipe

Chilli Paneer cheese Dosa is a simple, nutritious fusion breakfast dish. The vegetables and paneer in this dosa's filling are high in nutrients and have traditional Indo-Chinese flavours.

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Mozzarella
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Tsp(3.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
25.0 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation

    Soak 1.5 tbsp rice and 1.5 tsp black urad dal for two hours, grind it and ferment it overnight

  • Preparation

    Heat 1.5 tsp oil on a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it well

  • Add 1 tbsp paneer cubes,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/8 tsp salt, saute well and keep it aside.

  • Heat a dosa tawa, pour 1.5 ladle of dosa batter

  • Spread the batter evenly

  • Roast it with 1 tsp butter

  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves on the dosa

  • Fill in the paneer mixture, add 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese on the dosa

  • Fold the dosa and serve it hot
