- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1/4 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute it well
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp paneer cubes, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Saute for a minute and set aside.
- Step 4 Heat a dosa tawa, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly
- Step 5 Add butter and cook the dosa until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6 Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and add a spoonful of the paneer mixture,
- Step 7 Top it up with 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and fold the dosa
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 9 Serve it hot
