- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onions and saute.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped spring onions, 2 tbsp diced green capsicum, 1 tbsp diced yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp red capsicum and saute
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and pour in a little water.
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp refined wheat flour, 1 tsp corn flour and stir quickly for a smooth texture
- Step 5 Add 1/4 cup paneer cubes and give it a good mix.
- Step 6 Cook over low flame until all flavors meld together
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve hot with rice or noodles.
