The most liked restaurant dish made at home with easily available ingredients and highly nutritious served with rotis, parathas or rice.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4th cup chopped tomato, saute and blend the mixture. Keep aside.
Add 1 tsp oil in a heated pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/8th cup cubes of paneer and the blended mixture. Saute well.
Now add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and a little water.
Lastly, add 1/8th cup chopped capsicum and water as required.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve.
