Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/3 cup chopped tomato and saute until soft

Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly
- Step 3
Blend the mixture to a smooth gravy and set aside
- Step 4
Next, heat another pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, paneer cubes and pour in onion tomato gravy
- Step 5
Mix everything together.
- Step 6
Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and pour in a little water.
- Step 7
Add 1/8 cup chopped capsicum and water to adjust the consistency0
- Step 8
Add 1/2 tsp salt for taste and mix well
- Step 9
Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 10
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 11
Serve hot with roti
