Paneer Capsicum Roll Recipe

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

  • To make the roti take a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup wheat flour and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Adding a little water knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.

  • Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with wheat flour and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it.

  • Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well. Once done keep aside.

  • To make the stuffing, heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup mashed paneer.

  • Further, sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi and sauté properly.

  • Take the roti, place the stuffing in the centre and spread it evenly.

  • Roll the roti with stuffing.

  • Serve hot.
