Delicious paneer wraps or rolls filled with tangy and spicy paneer is every kids favorite......Give this recipe in your kids tiffin or as an evening snack with the goodness of proteins ans veges.....
To make the roti take a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup wheat flour and 1/4th tsp salt.
Adding a little water knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.
Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with wheat flour and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it.
Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well. Once done keep aside.
To make the stuffing, heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup mashed paneer.
Further, sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi and sauté properly.
Take the roti, place the stuffing in the centre and spread it evenly.
Roll the roti with stuffing.
