Steps
- Step 1 To make the roti take a mixing bowl add 3
- Step 2 5 tbsp wheat flour and 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 3 Adding a little water knead it into a soft dough and keep aside
- Step 4 Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls, lightly coat it with wheat flour and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it
- Step 6 Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well
- Step 7 Once done keep aside
- Step 8 To make the stuffing, heat 3 tsp oil in a frying pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1/3 cup mashed paneer
- Step 9 Further, sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and sauté properly
- Step 10 Take the roti, place the stuffing in the centre and spread it evenly
- Step 11 Roll the roti with stuffing
- Step 12 Serve hot
