Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 2/3 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, saute until soft

Add 1.4 tsp fresh peas, 2/3 tsp chopped cabbage, 1/3 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1.4 tsp chopped carrot, 1.4 tsp chopped capsicum, 2/3 tsp chopped french beans and cook for 2 minutes
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well
- Step 4
Add 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and pour in little water
- Step 5
Add 1/8 tsp salt for taste and mix everything
- Step 6
Cover the pan and cook until all spices combine well
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 8
Add paneer cubes and combine everything
- Step 9
Cook for a minute and serve the biryani with raita.
