  • Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, saute well.

  • Now add 2 tsp fresh peas, 1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1/2 tsp chopped cauliflower, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 1 tsp chopped french beans,

  • Add some spices, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, saute well.

  • Then add 1 tbsp curd, water, 1/4th tsp salt, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Add kasuri methi as a healthy Nutritional Twist, cooked rice and mix well.

  • Then add 6 no. paneer cubes, saute well. Serve hot with raita.
