- Step 1 Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2.5 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, saute well.
- Step 2 Now add 2 tsp fresh peas, 1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1/2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped capsicum,1 tsp chopped french beans,
- Step 3 Add the spices, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, saute well.
- Step 4 Then add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, water, 1/4 tsp salt, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 7 Then add 6 paneer cubes, saute well.
- Step 8 Serve hot with raita.
