An energizing Indian dish, rich in plant-based protein, vitamins A and C. The addition of Bengal gram powder boosts the protein and vitamin B content of this dish.
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.
Then, add 1/4th tsp each of red chilli powder, salt, dhania powder, and haldi.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Now, add 1/2 cup of crushed paneer, and 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum and mix well.
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Sprinkle Bengal gram powder on top for a nutritional twist.
