Paneer Bhurji With Capsicum Recipe

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.

  • Then, add 1/4th tsp each of red chilli powder, salt, dhania powder, and haldi.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Now, add 1/2 cup of crushed paneer, and 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum and mix well.

  • Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Sprinkle Bengal gram powder on top for a nutritional twist.
