Paneer Bhurji With Oil Recipe

1/2 Grated Cup(70.0 gm) Paneer
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.

  • Then add 1/4 tsp each of red chilly powder, salt, dhania powder and haldi.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Now add 1/2 cup of grated paneer and mix it well.

  • Sprinkle Bengal gram powder on top for a nutritional twist.
