- Step 1 In a bowl mix 3/4 cup ragi flour, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 2 tsp black til and lukewarm water.
- Step 2 Knead to make a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside.
- Step 3 For the stuffing, in a bowl add 1/2 cup grated paneer, 2 tbsp of each chopped yellow and green capsicum, 4 basil leaves, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp oregano and salt as per taste. Mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 5 Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll out the dough ball to make round parathas. Fill the stuffing and seal the edges. Roll it into a paratha.
- Step 6 Heat a nonstick tawa, place the paratha and roast it using oil on both sides until done.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
