Kids will not be able to resist this paneer banana stem paratha, as it delivers them with energy and their daily intake of vitamins, dietary fiber, and protein. A great way to sneak nutritious vegetables into a fussy kid's snack.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, boiled and mashed plantain stem, and 2 tbsp grated paneer.
Add 1/8th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp each of red chilli powder and dry mango powder.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa, roast well on both sides with 1 tsp ghee.
