For Paneer Mixture
- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic,1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 cup grated paneer, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, salt as per taste, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix well and cook.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and let it rest.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Momos
- Step 1 In a pan, add water as required, salt as per taste, and bring it to a boil.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup bajra flour and add hot water as required, knead into the dough.
- Step 3 Divide the dough into small, equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Step 4 Roll out each ball into a small, thin circle, dusting with flour if needed.
- Step 5 Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of each circle.
- Step 6 Gather the edges and pleat to seal the momo, forming a pouch or any desired shape.
- Step 7 Lightly grease the steamer with oil and place the momos
- Step 8 Steam for 1012 minutes, or until the dough turns slightly translucent and the momos are cooked through.
- Step 9 Serve the Paneer Bajra Momos hot with a side of spicy chutney.
