Steps

For making paneer shimla mirch sabji
- Step 2
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil,1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder.
- Step 3
Saute them well and then add 1/4 cup diced capsicum, 1/4 tsp mango powder, 10 chopped paneer cubes,1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes.
- Step 4
Mix them.
- Step 5
Garnish it with 1/4 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve hot with chapati.
