Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker, add 2 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until soft
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp chopped tomatoes and season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and 1/4 tsp dhania powder
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding methi seeds
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp tur dal, 1 tsp masoor dal, 1 tsp moong dal and mix well
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp fresh peas, 5 cauliflower florets, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1.5 tbsp rice, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 7
Pour in some water and mix everything well
- Step 8
Close the lid and pressure cook till 2 whistles
- Step 9
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 10
Serve hot.
