- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing and mix well
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute for aminute
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped spinach leaves and cook until it softens
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 5 Pour in some water, add cooked tur dal and add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Cook over low flame until everything combines well
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 9 Serve hot
