Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, and saute till translucent.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped palak, 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes, and season with 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 3
Mix everything and add a little water.
- Step 4
Cover and cook.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapati.
