Spinach Raita Recipe

The spinach raita, rich in calcium and vitamin A, is a delicious combination of spinach, combined with Nestlé A+ Curd, spices and seasonings. Raita can be served as a side or a condiment with any meal or can simply be eaten at snack time with crudites or lavash.

1.0 Chopped Cup(54.0 gm) Palak
1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Take a mixing bowl pour in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and whisk until smooth.

  • Once the Nestlé A+ Curd is smooth add 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp chaat masala and 1/8th tsp salt.

  • Blend very well with a spoon and slowly fold in pureed spinach.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve cold.
