Layers of cooked dough stuffed with spinach which is high in iron and roasted to perfection, making it an eye catching dish or tiffin for children. Adding curd also enhances the nutrition and taste and make it a complete meal.
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp palak puree, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8 th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/2 cup wheat flour and mix it.
Add enough water and knead it into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a paratha
Roast both sides of the paratha by applying 1 tsp ghee
Serve the hot paratha with a bowl of curd.
