This recipe is quintessential paneer dish, favorite across India. Heavily made of paneer makes it a healthy, rich with protein delicacy. Also, a spiced up curry makes paneer very flavored. Goes perfectly with rotis or naan.
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 4 tsp chopped onion, 4 tsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, saute well.
Now add 3/4th cup chopped palak, mix well.
Then add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, water, let it simmer.
Add 4 no. paneer cubes, 2 tsp cream, mix & cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Serve hot with chapati.
