Rajgira flour is rich in fiber and iron with fair amount of protein blends well with spinach to make a yummy and delicious roti. An everyday roti can now be more nutritious for the growth of your little one.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup rajgira atta, 1/4th cup chopped palak, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th
tsp ginger garlic paste
Sprinkle white sesame seeds, add water and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough into a chapatti.
Heat tawa and roast the chapatti with 1/2 tsp oil on both sides.
Serve warm with plain curd or raita.
