Palak (Spinach) Chapatti (Gluten Free Atta) Recipe

Rajgira flour is rich in fiber and iron with fair amount of protein blends well with spinach to make a yummy and delicious roti. An everyday roti can now be more nutritious for the growth of your little one.

1/4 Cup(14.0 gm) Palak (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/8 Tsp(0.23 gm) Ginger (Grated)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup rajgira atta, 1/4th cup chopped palak, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th

  • tsp ginger garlic paste

  • Sprinkle white sesame seeds, add water and knead into a dough.

  • Roll the dough into a chapatti.

  • Heat tawa and roast the chapatti with 1/2 tsp oil on both sides.

  • Serve warm with plain curd or raita.
