Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup blended soya chunks, 1/4 cup chopped palak, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp besan and mix well
- Step 3 Make 4 uniform tikkis and keep aside
- Step 4 Take a thick bottom pan and heat 2 tsp oil
- Step 5 Shallow fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown on both the sides
- Step 6 Serve hot with chutney
